Autostrade per l’Italia, the Italian company operating in the construction and management of toll highways with more than 3,000 km managed in Italy, with the support of Syskoplan Reply, the Reply Group company specialised in consulting services and the implementation of SAP technologies, was awarded end of 2017 by SAP with the SAP Quality Award Gold in Italy. The project has been awarded a second time in April 2018 for the international EMEA region by SAP with the EMEA Bronze Quality Award in the Innovation category, dedicated to projects based on the latest SAP solutions.
The awarded project is an innovative solution for the credit management of Telepass service, carried out thanks to SAP Hybris Billing Customer Financials. The new SAP platform for financial services was implemented and customized in order to improve the overall architecture, as well as management of operation processes, performance reliability, speed, parameterization and automation of processes for the credit management of Telepass and Telepass Pay.
The implementation of the new credit management solution came out to be a challenging project, for the business requirement to Go Live in five months from kick off but also for technical challenges. The project required to replace a system whose specifications were not clearly identifiable, since the developments faced over time, with the risk of not covering functionally everything that was used in the previous system.
The new system implemented with the support of Syskoplan Reply guarantees perfect coverage of the user functions, streamlining of processes, execution speed, and complete migration of the data in the old system.
