Open Data Day Turin 2014

FOCUS ON: Events, Italy Events, Open Data,

Reply participates in the Open Data Day, a global initiative organised by the open data community to create and spread open data. People will meet, either online or in person, all over the world to build value on open data. Anyone is invited to participate: from curious citizens to journalists, from developers and scientists to designers and data experts.

Palazzo Madama, GAM, MAO and Borgo Medievale in Turin are the first Museums to simultaneously release, for creative re-use, data on artwork profiling with links to the images , restoration works, borrowings, visitor flow, as well as Google Analytics and Facebook metrics.

Palazzo Madama becomes the core of the event, offering three round tables, between 3 and 5pm, led by industry experts and dedicated to: Open data, Data Visualisation, Creative Commons licenses. Whitehall Reply will have a speech dedicated to Open Data.
