Square Reply attends the 9th Consumer & Retail Summit, a key annual event for the brand, distribution and consumer goods industries. The event offers an important opportunity for interaction and dialogue between national and international players and institutions, with a focus on major strategic issues for development and innovation in the retail sector.
Square Reply takes part in the morning session with an analysis, developed over the past few months, that monitors the multi-channel customer journey. The presentation is based on an analysis of consumer needs along the various stages of the customer journey, developed by means of a series of interviews with consumers, retailers and manufacturers.
The primary objective of the project was to understand the current state of the digital world within the retail sector and in particular to identify the potential and hypothetical developments of the future, for the purpose of enhancing customer-company interactions.
