A Smart modular solution

The modular solution developed by Laife Reply, Hermes Reply and Concept Reply to support the restart, is composed of 3 main pillars that lean on a digital platform that can be harmonized within the customer landscape. Every pillar is made up of modules that allow the customer to achieve the maximum benefit in terms of adoption. The solution is comprised of different packages: a management consultancy stream for mitigation and prevention design, a stream for processes redesign in order to adjust the existing processes to enable digital adoption, as well as a technology deployment and change management support stream.

The digital platform is an IoT Enabler and it is based on a central data platform where data is collected, anonymized and archived. From a technological point of view, the solution is scalable, modular and cloud ready or can be installed on an on-premise infrastructure. The platform integrates with field devices such as thermos scanners, smart watches, sensors, and a multiplatform mobile app (IOS & Android) to communicate with users with AI and ML engines to elaborate profiling. It can also manage employee social distance monitoring & alerts, according to customized values of distance and contact exposure time, using high precision Ultra Wide Band technology detection (accuracy about 10 cm) combined with non-invasive sensors applied on employee badge holders.

    Thanks to the APP it is possible to access remote training, instructions for health and safety and learning certifications. The APP is a direct and secure communication channel between company and employee, providing support to change management.

  • Manufacturing Impact mitigation & prevention

    This module enables the monitoring of the health and safety within Factories by designing a mitigation and prevention strategy. This facilitates the monitoring, alerts and data analysis of worker social distance.
