“Remotely managed, diversely executed, and with design and psychiatry combined, we mixed both fun and hard-work in our journey to discover the ideal service for the customers - which is what defines our core values and ways of working”
On the 3rd of July, Reply awarded the winner of its first Creative Challenge. The five finalist teams selected for each category, Employer Branding, Digital Experience, Digital Branding, Social and Branded Video Content, after the online phase (10th-12th May) presented their ideas at the Reply Xchange in Milan in front of the Jury Panel and the Nadas Team, from the Digital Experience category, reached the first placed.
The Nadas Team faced the Digital Experience brief, developed in collaboration with Costa Crociere, in which participants were asked to think about a service that could engage occasional guests coming from the city port to get on board and live these experiences for one day. The solution designed by Ilse Langerak, Psychiatrist from Netherlands, Yehia Nada, Art Dirtector from Netherlands and Noha Nada, Experience Lead from Germany is to provide the customer with an immersive, seamless stress-free cruise experience that gives them a taste of how a day on a cruise ship could look like with the goal to encourage them to book a longer cruise.
The Nadas Team and the Jury Members at Costa Crociere at the Award Ceremony: Francesco Milanesio, Executive Creative Director at Triplesense Reply, Simone Arecco, Head of Digital Customer experience at Costa Crociere and Anna Codispoti, Data Science Manager.
LemonJelly from the Employer Branding category, Fuffe from the Digital Branding category, Das Vision from the Social category and Rocket from the Branded Video Content category are the other finalists that were chosen among more than 500 teams, with a total of 1581 participants. The creative teams of Reply's agencies - Avvio Reply, Bitmama, Triplesense Reply and Xister - in collaboration with their partners, including BP, Brose, Costa Crociere, Durex and Fiat, evaluated more than 300 projects submitted.
The outstanding result prove how team-based competition, as the Reply Challenges, are the best way to engage people students and professionals in different fields, as Coding, CyberSecurity and Digital Experience, and to discover the best talents all around the world.
