Syskoplan is seeking an ambitious key team member, with functional SAP experience who can manage the responsibilities below.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one or multiple global SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, enhancement projects), including managing project teams, timelines, budgets and other resources. Typical projects range from $.5MM to $6MM in overall budget
  • Effectively plan, organize, prioritize and assign assignments to team members
  • Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the appropriate client stakeholders
  • Manage, motivate, empower and evaluate the consulting team to expand professional, management, leadership and technical skills
  • Foster the continued success of the team and collaboration with the end client

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of SAP experience
  • 5 years in a project management role
  • Experience on 4 full lifecycle project in area of SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of various SAP Business Suite products (ERP, CRM, BI, SCM, APO, SRM, SAP Solution Manager)
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues that clients might experience within their operational SAP landscape
  • Practical experience in the application of SAP methodologies (ASAP, ACTIVATE)
  • Leadership skills to provide direction to the consulting team, and a trusted adviser to the client when advising on strategy, direction, and risk
  • Must be able to travel up to 50-75%
  • Must be a US citizen or green card holder

Desired Skills

  • Specific industry knowledge and S/4HANA experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (Portuguese, German, Spanish, Flemish, Dutch, or Mandarin)
