Riverland Reply is seeking a Scrum Master to deliver business value, with a focus on teamwork and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily stand-up meetings: update each member on progress, plan and discuss potential obstacles
  • Keep the team focused on creating customer value: align the team with the product vision and customer needs
  • Coordinate product backlog with Product Owner: assist to refine the backlog and help prioritize user stories
  • Identify and remove impediments that prevent the team from achieving its goals
  • Work with the team to define and track project milestones, and help identify strategies to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Guide team members in developing their skills, encourage continuous learning, and facilitate problem-solving when issues arise.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement: Share scrum practices and principles
  • Be a servant leader: by putting the needs of the team first, building trust, promoting collaboration, and empowering

Qualifications

  • You can confidently and casually speak in English, German would be a great plus! (various accents are welcome:) - we are a multi-cultural and multi-national company headquartered in the heart of Bavaria - Munich. 99% of our time we speak English)
  • We are looking for colleagues with T-shaped skills; university degrees in computer science, or business administration, or a comparable mix of knowledge/experience
  • You can have various professional backgrounds; business, technical (IT), or a mix of experiences in many industries
  • Agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban, and intrapreneurship sound very familiar to you
  • You have to inherently enjoy working with and talking to other people (clients, colleagues, and any other stakeholders)
  • High tolerance for change (last-minute adjustments, altering of requirements, etc.) and everyday project ambiguities
  • Readiness to learn frequently, work with many dependencies, and step up into role quickly and often
