Reply is seeking Senior Scrum Master to support one of the leading European actors in Financial Services in the creation a center of excellence in the ICT field capable of delivering high-quality products and services, focusing on large-scale projects in the European market.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Agile/Scrum approach and contribute to generate a positive environment where the Development Team can perform at its best
  • Foster the alignment between Business and IT to ensure an efficient and effective delivery
  • Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
  • Provide insightful info on the activities to ensure KPI and performances monitoring

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
  • Experience in managing highly complex projects to grant their delivery on time
  • Scrum master/Agile certification is a must
  • Highly developed communication, facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • SAFe certification / experience will be a plus
  • Experience in the Finance industry will be a plus
