Marty Clark, Managing Director, RBS

Marty started his career in New Zealand where he spent four years specialising in finance and process improvement in the manufacturing sector. After which he moved to Europe and developed his Risk Management, Investment and Commercial banking expertise predominately in London, Amsterdam and Luxembourg, leading and delivering consulting assignments for as well as working in vice president roles for a number of large European investment banks.

Marty was also a founding partner of Avantage. Marty is now Managing Director at Royal Bank of Scotland.

Jean Fraiture, Internal Audit Director, Euroclear

Jean was a Senior Manager with Avantage Reply. He has more than 16 years of experience in risk, finance and regulatory processes (in particular, Basel 2 & 3 as well as their European implementation though the Capital Requirements Directive), the Capital Requirements Regulation, and related European Banking Authority Regulatory and Implementation Technical Standards.

Prior joining Avantage Reply, Jean joined the Belgian subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Group as Head of ALM and was quickly promoted to Head of ALM & Risk, reporting to the Executive Committee member in charge of Finance, Risk and Operations.

Jean is now Internal Audit Director at Euroclear, Belgium.

Bernard Colla, Senior Advisor

Bernard was Senior Manager with Avantage Reply Belgium. He is an experienced risk manager with extensive background in ALM, Market Risk and Stress Testing.

Bernard has worked in both BAU and Change roles within Risk (in projects including implementation of VaR, EaR and Economic Capital methodologies), Finance (in projects and BAU roles including IFRS reporting and Product Control), and Capital Markets functions (Liquidity and Front Office system gap analysis).

He is a well-rounded risk manager with experience in preparing and reviewing regulatory deliverables.

France

Min Patat, Risk Manager, Solvay

Min Patat held the role of Senior Manager at Avantage Reply France and has strongly contributed to the development of the French office.

She is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in Prudential Risk, Finance (reporting), and regulatory processes (Basel III CRD IV and COREP). She has a proven track record of delivering internal reporting within Banking firms.

Before joining Avantage Reply, Min held a variety of roles at Natixis and Société Générale.

Min is now Head of Risk at Solvay Energy Services.
