Reply has tapped into its diverse corporate portfolio of skills and experience, designing and implementing a cloud-based e-Commerce Platform for Costco, fully integrated with the physical warehouse management system.

For Costco, SideUp Reply™ WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SideUp Reply™ Dropship are solutions that allow the company to manage deliveries associated with online purchases, including with respect to shipments made directly by product suppliers, without the products ever passing though a Costco warehouse.

The selected Software as a Service allows Costco to take advantage of a number of important benefits: avoid involving its own logistics chain in the process, ordering goods from suppliers only after their sale, thus reducing its financial fixed assets, expanding its range of products available online, and increasing the number of customers served, operating with a much quicker time to market.
