Lavazza: SAP Hybris eCommerce replatforming

Portaltech Reply implemented a replatforming project on the SAP Hybris B2C platform for Lavazza’s eCommerce website.

The project has been structured in two steps: first Portaltech Reply performed a SAP Hybris replatforming of Lavazza’s store, while in the second step it was implemented an integration with Adobe. During the project, Portaltech Reply also managed the integration with a customer identity management platform.

    Lavazza

    Established in 1895 in Turin, the Italian roaster has been owned by the Lavazza family for four generations. In sixth place in the world ranking of roasters, the Group currently operates in more than 90 countries through subsidiaries and distributors, exporting 60% of its production.
