3D CONFIGURATOR PLATFORM

3D CONFIGURATOR PLATFORM

The 3D services platform allows companies to integrate all their processes efficiently: Design Tool, Prototyping Tool, Virtual Photo Studio, Design Automation & Production Tool, CPQ Sales Tool, Maintenance Tool, Customer Care Tool, e-Commerce Customiser. All the tools enable the product’s life cycle to be digitalised in line with the Industry 4.0 paradigm.

3D PRINTING

3D PRINTING

The advantages of the 3D Printer compared to traditional production methods are enormous: it provides the ability to produce shapes that would otherwise be impossible, in any material. “On demand” production, without any restrictions related to minimum quantities, means a drastic reduction in costs and time to market.
Reply provides companies with advanced consultancy services on any subject related to 3D Printing.

3D MASS CUSTOMISATION

3D MASS CUSTOMISATION

The most advanced 3D technologies enable companies to benefit from integrating Mass Customisation into their processes.
The limitations and diseconomies of mass production are overcome by the “on demand” rationale of personalisation.
Consumers interact with the product and configure it according to their requirements. Thanks to the advantages of the 3D Printer, companies can finally restrict their production to what they actually sell.

DESIGN, CUSTOMISE, PRODUCE

Integrating a 3D development platform into company processes enables every stage to be optimised: from the concept to its prototyping, thanks to a 3D configurator equipped with the necessary tools to connect the work of everyone involved. 3D technologies also enable the limitations of mass production to be overcome once and for all in favour of Mass Customisation. The 3D Printer makes Mass Customisation sustainable in terms of production "on demand", without the constraints of economies of scale. Welcome to the Industry 4.0 era.
