Financial Guru and Marketing Legend Bring Powerful Credentials to Fast-Growth Online Marketing Firm

WALNUT CREEK, CA (October 11, 2004) – Reply! Inc. (www.reply.com), the leading provider of online service marketplaces, today announced the addition of Jordan Spiegel, a managing partner of Spiegel Partners LLC, and Dr. Peter Sealey, former Chief Global Marketing Officer of the Coca-Cola Company to its board of directors.

Peter Sealey is one of the world's great marketers and business strategists. He has developed and led some of the most successful marketing campaigns in history, and has anticipated and articulated key changes in advertising and consumer behavior. Sealey is CEO and founder of the Los Altos Group, a diversified management consulting firm. The majority of Sealey's career was spent at the Coca-Cola Company, where he held several senior management positions, including Chief Global Marketing officer. He was also president of marketing and distribution at Columbia Pictures. In addition, Sealey has served as a management consultant for numerous leading firms, including General Motors, Sony New Technologies, Inc., AOL/Time-Warner, and Google. Dr. Sealey is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Haas School of Business of the University of California at Berkeley and recently, he also joined the faculty of the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, where he has been teaching Marketing and Brand Strategy to MBA students.

Prior to founding Spiegel Partners, Mr. Spiegel was a partner with GESD, a middle market buyout firm. Mr. Spiegel had previously been executive vice president of Laffer Associates, a San Diego-based research and corporate finance boutique. Prior to his tenure with Laffer Associates, Mr. Spiegel was a securities analyst following special situation small cap stocks at Crowell, Weedon & Co., a Los Angeles-based investment bank. Mr. Spiegel is on the board of directors of Bankserv and is the chairman of the board of Karawia Holdings. Mr. Spiegel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
