Our leads and clicks are generated in one of two ways: internally by Reply! or through an online partner's websites.
- Internal Reply! generation: Consumers enter their information directly into one of our thousands of websites, specify their location, and request information on a specific service.
- Partners: Consumers enter their information into one of our online partners' websites.
In either case, all leads and clicks are passed through our validation process to ensure intent and quality. |
Are the leads and clicks exclusive?
- Clicks are currently sold exclusively
- If you requested only exclusive leads, they will not be shared with other buyers
- If you have requested shared leads, and there are no other competing bids in that geography, you will receive exclusive leads
- On average, our leads are only sold 1.5 times, though we reserve the right to sell our leads up to 4 times

You need qualified Leads to drive your business, so you create one or more Campaigns that allow you to specify the locations, characteristics, quality rating, and the price per lead. You also set your budget limit for dollars spent and delivery schedule to control how many leads you get. The Lead Marketplace system will let you know if your Campaign is likely to enable you to buy enough Leads to meet your goals, looking at the past supply and demand for Leads to see if the area, specifications, and price you have bid are likely to be effective.
For instance, Example Car Dealer is a medium-sized Toyota dealership in the Boston, MA area. Example Car Dealer creates a Campaign, specifying the locations of the Lead, the Lead Age, the Minimum Quality Rating, and the Makes and Models. In this Campaign, they also set the price per lead they want to bid, along with their dollar budget limits, and delivery schedule specifying the maximum number of Leads they want over different timeframes. |

How do I get the most out of Reply!?
To make the most of Reply!, most Buyers create more than one campaign and pay different amounts for leads or clicks in different locations or with different levels of quality. Through Reply!, Buyers can monitor their Campaign performance and make adjustments to help reach their sales goals. For example, the system shows the Buyer their "Success Rate" for bids - indicating the percentage of Leads or Clicks that the Buyer is "Winning" at auction. A low Success Rate along with unmet budget goals indicates that the Buyer might need to raise the bid for the Campaign.
For instance, Example Car Dealer creates 6 Campaigns, specifying 3 different distances from the dealership location and two different groups of cars (high-end and medium). Example Car Dealer sets their price per lead, budget, and delivery schedule for each Campaign separately, enabling them to control the price they pay for each different type of Lead.

How do I receive my leads or clicks?
Clicks
Every Click that you win through the Click Marketplace is immediately delivered to the URL you specify. You can change the URL and bid amount at any time.
Leads
Every Lead that you win through the Lead Marketplace is available to you when you log on to the Lead Marketplace system. In addition, you can choose to be notified via email every time you buy a new Lead, and the email we send will contain the lead information so you can immediately contact the potential customer. You can also choose to download the Leads you purchase directly into the CRM tool of your choice.
For instance, Example Car Dealer buys 50 Leads through its Campaigns. These Leads are available to them at any time on the Lead Marketplace system. In addition, Example Car Dealer has the Leads emailed to their sales manager who determines which sales associate get the Lead. The sales manager also has the Leads dropped into their Customer Management tool so they can be managed along with the other leads that come into the dealership.
