iCastle Takes Legwork Out Of Finding Qualified Contractors For Property
Improvements
“Remodeled” iCastle.com provides simple one-stop resource for project
information, tips and access to qualified contractors for home and commercial
property improvement projects
(Walnut Creek, CA) July 01, 2002 –
Need to paint your house or office? Looking for a roofing contractor? Want an
estimate for a new spa or deck? Now there’s an easy way for property owners to
get the help and information they need to make it happen. Next Phase Media, Inc.
has relaunched iCastle.com, a one-stop resource for information and professional
resources to assist property owners in a variety of projects, ranging from
painting to electrical installation to deck and driveway building and repair.
Back online after being shuttered for more than a year, and with new management,
iCastle provides information on hundreds of home improvement topics, as well as
access to prescreened, qualified service professionals in more than 20
categories.
“Property improvement projects can be very overwhelming for anyone,” says Payam
Zamani, CEO and president of Next Phase Media, which operates the service as
part of its expanding online referral business. “iCastle provides two-click
navigation to relevant information on specific project areas. Then, to make it
even easier on the property owner, we provide access to a network of qualified,
prescreened professionals who can provide free estimates and do the job.”
With articles ranging from painting to tile roofing to electrical circuitry,
iCastle.com offers one of the most comprehensive online archives of information
and articles on home improvement, making it easy for do-it-yourselfers or those
hiring contractors to more fully understand the scope of the project they are
entering.
In addition, iCastle.com has developed a national network of qualified
contractors who can provide fast, accurate estimates on home and property
improvement projects ranging from interior painting to spa installation to home
security to deck repair.
All iCastle contractors are screened and pre-qualified to be in the service
network. To qualify for acceptance, contractors must carry insurance and have
valid, up-to-date licenses to practice their professional trade in their state.
In addition, all iCastle contractors must offer a warranty and been in business
for at least three years with a documented work history. As the iCastle service
grows, it will also include reviews from customers of the contractors.
To find a contractor, iCastle visitors simply click on the professional service
they’re interested in and provide some basic information about the project. The
information is sent immediately to a member contractor, who will contact the
property owner within 24 hours for additional project information or to arrange
a time to meet for an estimate.
“Our service eliminates the legwork it takes to find a qualified contractor to
do the job -- and do it within the property owner’s time frame,” notes Zamani.
“Summer, for instance, is the time for exterior painting projects. There’s huge
demand for painters right now. Through iCastle, however, customers can quickly
find qualified painters who can go to work almost immediately. In a few months
it will be roofing contractors.”
iCastle is a division of Next Phase Media, Inc., the premiere online referral
source for qualified business services, leads and professionals. Founded in
2001, Next Phase Media is a privately held company headquartered in Walnut
Creek, California.
